CIFAR-10 MLP and IOC-NN (assignment Q1)
Architecture: [3072, 128, 10]. MLP hidden activation: relu. IOC-NN: ELU, non-negative weights in layers >= 2. Output: 10 logits. Preprocessing: flatten 32x32x3 to 3072, float64, divide by 255, subtract the per-column mean and divide by the per-column std (training-set statistics, in the preprocessing_*.npz files). Trained with SGD, lr=0.05, batch size 64, seed 1135.
