Add pipeline tag and link to paper

This PR improves the model card for LAformer by:
- Adding the
pipeline_tag: image-to-imageto the YAML metadata so the model can be discovered under the appropriate category on the Hub. - Adding a link to the paper on Hugging Face Papers.
- Adding the BibTeX citation for referencing the work.
