just download the unet.pth file and put it in the main directory and you would be good to go
the mixed mask data corresponding to their names are uploaded here, the zip file contains all the data from CubiCasa5K and Modified Swiss Dewelling if you want to use that locally just download it and then run the train.py file in the repo and of you want to run it in google collab then upload the dataset.zip file to your drive and then use the code that i have provided as a jupyter lybrary in the github repo in google collab
