PalmSite Weights (v0.1.0)

This repo hosts PalmSite model checkpoints:

  • palmsite_esmc_300m.pt — trained on ESM-C 300M embeddings
  • palmsite_esmc_600m.pt — trained on ESM-C 600M embeddings
  • palmsite_esmc_6b.pt — trained on ESM-C 6B (Forge) embeddings

Intended use

Predict RdRP catalytic center spans from protein sequences via the PalmSite CLI.

How to use

PalmSite will auto-download from this repo:

palmsite -p 0.5 my.faa > out.gff
