Add model card for ProxyPose

This PR adds a comprehensive model card for ProxyPose, linking it to the paper ProxyPose: 6-DoF Pose Tracking via Video-to-Video Translation. It also adds the image-to-video pipeline tag to make the model discoverable on the Hugging Face Hub, and includes installation and inference instructions.
