UnbiasedStrataPacks

Pre-built artifacts for the engine UnbiasedStrata.

MTP heads aren't distributed; so they are created at runtime in Strata/PolyStrata/UnbiasedStrata.

This is strictly a convenience. The steps to re-create them are below.
