Overview

This project analyzes financial data of American companies to predict bankruptcy. It includes Data Cleaning, EDA, Feature Engineering, Regression, and Classification models.

1. Regression Task: Predicted X1 (Current Assets).

   • Winning Model: Ridge Regression
   • Performance: R2 Score = 0.9999

2. Classification Task: Predicted Status (Alive/Failed).

   • Winning Model: Random Forest Classifier
   • Performance: F1-Score = 0.9976
