Clarification of checkpoint ownership and license for the credited BS-RoFormer weights

Hello,
I am evaluating the exact BS-RoFormer checkpoint distributed or referenced by this project for private server-side audio separation.
The inference wrapper has a source-code license, but I could not find checkpoint-specific licensing terms from the credited checkpoint owner, identified as ViperX/TRvlvr.
Could you please clarify:
- The authoritative original release URL for the checkpoint.
- The identity of the checkpoint owner or distributor authorized to license it.
- The exact checkpoint filename, revision, and SHA-256 checksum.
- The license that applies specifically to the checkpoint bytes.
- Whether private server-side commercial inference is permitted.
- Whether the checkpoint may be stored in private cloud storage.
- Whether redistribution is permitted.
- The required attribution.
If this repository is not authorized to answer the licensing questions, could you please direct me to the original ViperX/TRvlvr release or the appropriate rights holder?
We will not promote or redistribute the checkpoint without checkpoint-specific authorization.
Thank you.
