Question on license

Hi Prov-Gigapath team,
Congratulations on the impressive model and paper release!
I noticed that the repository lists an Apache 2.0 license, but the access form requires agreeing to a condition stating: "I agree to use this model for non-commercial, research purposes only."
Could you please clarify if commercial use is permitted under Apache 2.0, or if access is strictly restricted to non-commercial research?
