GGUF for whisper.cpp v1.9

Hi,

Whisper.cpp introduced initial parakeet support few weeks ago with release v1.9.0

Can you PLEASE please please make an (compatible) gguf of your german optimized finetune parakeet model?

Sadly the original NVIDIA parakeet v3 is still quite weak in german compared to whisper-large-v3-turbo and especially weak compared to your finetune version of whisper-large-v3-turbo-german

This hopefully finally would be a proper replacement for the years old whisper.
