Request for sample workflow.json
Hi there, thank you for sharing this H3 Rotated NVFP4 loader for ComfyUI — great work making FastH3 NVFP4 accessible on consumer Blackwell GPUs.
I noticed the documentation states that a pre-configured workflow.json is included in each weights repository, but I haven't been able to locate the workflow file in this repo. Would it be possible to share a working sample workflow.json for the H3RotNVFP4Loader node? It would help a lot for getting up and running quickly.
You're completely right, and I'm sorry it took this long to answer. The READMEs say a workflow.json ships in each weights repo — it never did. That's a documentation bug on my side, not something you missed.
It's there now, in all three weights repos and in this loader repo, along with a WORKFLOW.md covering which files go in which folder and which custom nodes you need.
A few notes:
It's ComfyUI API format. Recent ComfyUI imports that directly — drag it onto the canvas or Workflow → Open.
Steps: 4 for FastH3 and the turbo line, 8 for the base line.
euler + simple, CFG 1.0, sigma shift 12/3. Please don't swap in res_multistep at these step counts — it looks slightly sharper on a still frame but strobes on high-contrast neon, rain and water.
The text encoder GGUF must be the _vis one (it carries the vision tower) if you want image-to-video. For text-to-video either works.
If your local filenames differ from the repo ones, edit ckpt_name / clip_name to match.
