locus-1 test run
A 200-update test run of the locus-1 hero: the 1.9B Kimi Delta hybrid trained on a TPU v6e-8 on 2026-10-05, in two legs of 100 updates (4,194,304 tokens per update, 839M tokens in total) to validate the training, resume and export path.
It is not a usable model. Loss was 3.006 at step 100 and 2.288 at step 200.
checkpoints/step-00000100.pt and checkpoints/step-00000200.pt are torch checkpoints in the locus.ddp-checkpoint/v3 format, each with a manifest; latest.json names step 200.
