Local-only PoC artifact set for the SafeTensors convert_multi() nested-shard path collision.

This directory mirrors the minimum Hugging Face repo layout needed to describe the bug:

pytorch_model.bin.index.json references two different nested shard paths.
subdir1/shard.bin and subdir2/shard.bin are inert placeholder shard payloads.
