Tiny random Qwen3.5 VLM checkpoint with a sequence-classification head (51 MB) for the optimum-intel OpenVINO tests (MODEL_NAMES['qwen3_5_seq_cls'], OVModelForVisualSequenceClassification). Loads with transformers >= 5.14.
