This is the theory of delay. A mathematical defined model that will figure out the delays in the process of execution and calculate the time quantum and also give us the flexibility and eligibility of using that time to do complete the indie tasks and in the mean time buffer space is gonna run in the background.
It processes the request and its human centric ai model that will help people process the work more effectively and specially where the tasks are largely on stakeholder basis and they are multilateral and at several level of dependencies.

The core idea is "Create and think big and massive impact and start building and initiating from utterly small tiny level of execution" Because of this reason the project is divided into several segments. Right now its Version 1.0 is in progress of ideation phase.
