Retailer Adapters vs Collection Datasets

I can't see them all and the list doesn't match the collection datasets.

The list in the README refers to the retailer-specific adapter structure in the repository. Currently, the Compliments adapter has the implemented ingestion logic, while the other retailer adapters define the structure for source-specific implementations.
The Hugging Face collection is broader because it contains the datasets collected throughout the project, including Instacart, Great Value, Kirkland, and Aliments du Québec. These datasets were collected as source data but are not all connected to the current adapter layer.

Yes, I think they should be included.
Kirkland has 569 products and Great Value has 1,077 products in the Instacart dataset. Both are also available as separate brand datasets.
