Improve model card: add metadata, links, and usage instructions

Hi, I'm Niels from the community science team at Hugging Face. I noticed this model repository was missing some metadata and links to the research paper and project resources.
This PR improves the model card by:
- Adding the
image-to-videopipeline tag. - Adding links to the paper, project page, and GitHub repository.
- Providing a sample inference command from the official documentation.
- Adding a BibTeX citation.
