Minnows KJSS encoder (v0)
Free open-source weights for persona / social-profile inference in Minnows — a local-first principles journal with a rules-backed compass.
This is not a general-purpose chat model. The encoder approximates Minnows KJSS judgement (daily capped axis deltas and closed alignment tags) distilled from the deterministic rule teacher and judgement knowledge. In the product, outputs are suggestions only; users confirm before tags affect the compass.
Highlights
- Small text encoder + regression heads (ΔlawChaos / ΔgoodEvil; optional alignment tags)
- English v0; trained on synthetic notes + golden teacher labels — not on user journals
- Intended for research, eval harness parity, and optional on-device Second read / log inference after opt-in
Out of scope
Medical or mental-health treatment, diagnosis, employment/credit/law-enforcement scoring, surveillance, or replacing user judgement without explicit confirmation.
