Add model card with pipeline tag, project links and checkpoints

Hi!
I'm Niels from the Hugging Face team. I've noticed this repository didn't have a model card yet, so I've opened this PR to add one!
This includes:
- The
pipeline_tag: image-to-3dso the model is discoverable in the 3D models section on the Hub. - Links to the ECCV 2026 paper, project page, and official GitHub repository.
- A summary table of the available pre-trained checkpoints.
- Citation information.
