Drop Colab/Kaggle exports here. The API resolves weights via configs/products.yaml.
Expected layout (all 15 MVTec products):
models/
router/router.pt
yolo/<product>/best.pt
patchcore/<product>/model.ckpt
Products: bottle, cable, metal_nut, pill, capsule, carpet, grid, hazelnut, leather, screw, tile, toothbrush, transistor, wood, zipper.
Until files exist for a product, that model falls back to demo mode if
demo_mode_if_missing_weights: true in config.
