Reliability run 2026-08-31. MedSigLIP-448 ring-norm features, FocalLoss(g=3, ls=0) scaled by class weights [1,34,1], batch 256, seeds 42-46, frozen Source-D test.

Mean test: NML R 0.215±0.083, NML P 0.293, MT R 0.867, NROI R 0.948. MCC ~0.70 (reconstructed).
