Mihu Turkish STT for Developers

English

Her gün kendi işimizde kullandığımız dikte altyapısının konuşma modeli. Türk geliştiricilerin gerçekten konuştuğu gibi çalışmak için eğitildi: git rebase, npm run dev, "son commit'i geri al".

Bilgisayarında, CPU'da, konuşurken yazar. Bulut yok, LLM yok, sesin makinenden çıkmaz. Yerel LLM kullananlar için birebir.

Kullanım

pip install sherpa-onnx soundfile huggingface_hub
import numpy as np, sherpa_onnx, soundfile as sf
from huggingface_hub import snapshot_download

d = snapshot_download("mihuai/turkish-stt-devs")
r = sherpa_onnx.OnlineRecognizer.from_transducer(
    tokens=f"{d}/tokens.txt", encoder=f"{d}/encoder.int8.onnx",
    decoder=f"{d}/decoder.int8.onnx", joiner=f"{d}/joiner.int8.onnx",
    decoding_method="modified_beam_search", sample_rate=16000, feature_dim=80)

x, s = sf.read("ses.wav", dtype="float32")  # 16 kHz mono
st = r.create_stream()
st.accept_waveform(s, x)
st.accept_waveform(s, np.zeros(s, dtype="float32"))
st.input_finished()
while r.is_ready(st):
    r.decode_stream(st)
print(r.get_result(st))

Erken bir sürüm: şimdiye kadar çoğunlukla tek konuşmacıyla test edildi. Kısa, tek başına söylenen kelimelerde zorlanabilir.

English

The speech model behind the dictation stack we use every day. Trained for the way Turkish developers really talk: git rebase, npm run dev, "son commit'i geri al".

It runs on your computer, on the CPU, and types while you speak. No cloud, no LLM, and your voice stays on your machine. A perfect fit if you run local LLMs.

Usage

pip install sherpa-onnx soundfile huggingface_hub
import numpy as np, sherpa_onnx, soundfile as sf
from huggingface_hub import snapshot_download

d = snapshot_download("mihuai/turkish-stt-devs")
r = sherpa_onnx.OnlineRecognizer.from_transducer(
    tokens=f"{d}/tokens.txt", encoder=f"{d}/encoder.int8.onnx",
    decoder=f"{d}/decoder.int8.onnx", joiner=f"{d}/joiner.int8.onnx",
    decoding_method="modified_beam_search", sample_rate=16000, feature_dim=80)

x, s = sf.read("audio.wav", dtype="float32")  # 16 kHz mono
st = r.create_stream()
st.accept_waveform(s, x)
st.accept_waveform(s, np.zeros(s, dtype="float32"))
st.input_finished()
while r.is_ready(st):
    r.decode_stream(st)
print(r.get_result(st))

This is an early release, tested mainly with one speaker so far. Short words said alone can be hard for it.
