Linear should-slow head over frozen Alpamayo features (only fills a logged field in the real-scene run). Restore under $PBDB_MODELS/.

Part of the code release for the paper "Perceives but Doesn't Brake". Fetch with python scripts/get_data.py from the code repository; files are checksummed in data/hf_layout.json.

Licence: to be set by the authors. Derived from CARLA renders and from features of NVIDIA Alpamayo-1.5, whose weights are non-commercial.
