Converted to GGML format from tarteel-ai/whisper-base-ar-quran (Apache-2.0), itself a fine-tune of OpenAI Whisper (Apache-2.0). Converted with whisper.cpp's convert-h5-to-ggml.py and quantised to q5_1.
