Public gated PoC for Huntr MFV. Empty axes tensor (dims=[0]) passes ReverseV2Prepare then ASan stack-buffer-underflow in reference_ops::Reverse (reverse.h:33 ← ReverseV2Eval) when indexing axes[num_axes-1] with num_axes==0.
