Bug: FlatBufferVectorToTfLiteTypeArray aliases a FlatBuffer Tensor.shape vector via reinterpret_cast with no length/bounds check. Forging the vector length causes ASan heap-buffer-overflow READ in TfLiteEvalTensorByteLength during AllocateTensors.
