How to use luarAssembly/resnet50Pneumonia with Keras:
# !pip install -U keras tensorflow huggingface_hub # Keras needs TensorFlow installed to read "hf://" paths, so the tensorflow backend is selected here; # "jax" and "torch" also work for computation once TensorFlow is installed. import os os.environ["KERAS_BACKEND"] = "tensorflow" import keras model = keras.saving.load_model("hf://luarAssembly/resnet50Pneumonia") - Notebooks

ChestXray-Keras: Normal / Pneumonia / Tuberculosis (Image Classification)
A Keras/TensorFlow model for tri-class classification of chest X-rays: normal, pneumonia, and tuberculosis.
Built for educational and research use; not a medical device.
Highlights
- Framework: Keras (TensorFlow)
- Task: Image Classification (3 classes)
- Strong ranking ability (ROC-AUC = 0.928) and solid overall performance (Accuracy = 0.753)
Intended Use & Limitations
- Intended use: research, benchmarking, model-building demos.
- Not for clinical use without proper validation and regulatory approval.
- Domain shift (different hospitals/devices/contrast) can degrade performance.
- Ethical note: False negatives for tuberculosis or pneumonia can be high-risk in clinical workflows. Use with human oversight.
