rwsft1: DeepSeek V4.1 Flash rewrite-SFT CoT-control

SFT from obf2g step 25 on the policy's own CoTs rewritten into each control type's form. Run diary runs/2026-10-24_cot-control_rewrite-sft.md.
Each folder (ep2/) is a rank-32 PEFT LoRA adapter for deepseek-ai/DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash, exported from a Tinker training state;
