Usage

Single Verification

1. Enter doctor details (name, address, city, state, ZIP, specialty)
2. Click "Verify"

Batch Verification

1. Upload Excel file with doctor records
2. Click "Run Batch Verification"
3. Download CSV results with all verification data

Environment Variables

Set these in Hugging Face Space secrets:

• APP_PASSWORD: Optional password to restrict access
• GOOGLE_API_KEY: Google Places API key (optional)
• BING_SEARCH_KEY: Bing Search API key (optional)
• NO_OLLAMA=1: Disable LLM features (optional)

Security

All requests are logged with SHA-256 checksums for audit compliance. Set APP_PASSWORD to restrict access.
