One-time download bundle for the PDF Tools OCR feature (Stirling-style tools).
Contents:

How the app uses it:
- The app downloads this bundle ONCE from this public repo (no login, no token).
- After download, OCR runs fully on-device. Student PDFs/photos never leave the phone.
- The OCR engine code lives inside the APK; only this public data file lives here.
License: Tesseract OCR data is open-source (Apache-2.0). No private code, no personal data in this repo.
