Add pipeline_tag metadata

Hi @CatherineZY , congrats on the release!
This adds pipeline_tag: text-generation to the model card metadata, matching Ling-3.0-flash. Without it the model does not appear in the Text Generation listings and filters on the Hub, and search/discovery misses it. Since the repo already ships a chat template, setting the pipeline tag will also let the Hub tag it as conversational, like the flash model.
