AyahSync speech model

GGML version of tarteel-ai/whisper-base-ar-quran, converted with whisper.cpp and quantized to q5_0, for on-device use in the AyahSync app (whisper.cpp / whisper.rn).

• File: ggml-base-ar-quran-q5_0.bin (~53 MB)
• Original model: Tarteel AI, Apache-2.0. This derivative is distributed under the same license.
• Changes: format conversion (Hugging Face → GGML) and 5-bit quantization. No retraining.
