FXRPred model weights
This repository currently contains the FACA-GIN FXR agonist (AGO) and
antagonist (ANT) resources for deployment validation.
Each task folder contains five trained fold state dictionaries and its original
cross_validation_summary.json. The recommended decision threshold is the
threshold_statistics.mean value in that file. No weights are retrained,
converted, or modified during deployment preparation.
The separate Space gzLiang/fxr-model-service downloads these files. A custom
loader in that Space is needed; this is not a Transformers model repository.
Additional Ortho-MoE and Uni-Mol resources may be added during later validation. Compatibility/operation checks do not constitute prospective experimental validation of predicted FXR activity.
This card does not assign a new license to the research model weights.
