MiniMax H3 Ref2VA — ComfyUI weights (BF16)
Exact, unpruned weights for the native MiniMax H3 Ref2VA workflow in ComfyUI: one diffusion model, one text/visual encoder, and the video and audio VAEs. Mirrored here so a deployment can be pulled and reproduced without depending on upstream repositories staying available.
No quantized, pruned, or re-exported variants are included. Each file is byte-identical to its upstream original; the SHA256 values below are the upstream ones.

Pull
pip install -U "huggingface_hub[hf_xet]"
python pull_weights.py /path/to/ComfyUI # verifies size + SHA256
manifest.json lists every file with its size, SHA256, and upstream
repository/revision. The script skips files that are already correct and
re-downloads anything that is not. Use --dry-run to only plan,
--only SUBSTR to pull a subset, and --no-verify to skip hashing.
The same manifest works with the CLI:

Use is governed by the upstream model terms and by any terms attached to the original repositories; this repository only mirrors the files. The encoder came from a gated upstream repository and is provided here for reproducibility of an internal deployment, not as a new distribution with new rights.

infra/model_spec.json there holds the same file list, sizes, and hashes.
