Model Description

UrbanGovLM-8B-T is a Chinese domain-specific language model for urban governance theory research. The model is fine-tuned from Qwen3-8B using Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Direct Preference Optimization (DPO) on UrbanGovQA dataset (theory subset).

This variant focuses on:

• Conceptual understanding of urban governance
• Policy mechanisms and institutional design
• Comparative and analytical reasoning
• Structured theoretical explanations
