GLM-TTS voice cloning in vLLM-Omni needs this speaker encoder, but the GLM-TTS checkpoint does not ship it. This repository holds only that one file so that an inference deployment does not have to download the whole CosyVoice-300M checkpoint (several GB) to obtain it.
