Glance Enhance endpoint bundle

Unmodified copies of the models Glance's Enhance Runpod endpoint serves, grouped so the endpoint can cache them as a single model:

SeedVR2 7B Sharp (fp8 e4m3fn, ComfyUI repackage) and the SeedVR2 EMA VAE: AI Upscale and Sharpen. Apache-2.0; see LICENSE-SEEDVR2.
SCUNet real-PSNR color denoiser (KAIR release v1.0): AI Denoise. Apache-2.0; see LICENSE-SCUNET.
NAFNet GoPro width64 deblurring model: AI Deblur. MIT; see LICENSE-NAFNET. Matches the SHA-256 of the authors' Google Drive release.
