Add pipeline tag and link to paper

This PR improves the model card by:
- Adding the
pipeline_tag: image-text-to-textto the YAML metadata so that these models are discoverable under the correct category on the Hugging Face Hub. - Linking the model card to the corresponding Hugging Face paper page (Discrete Diffusion Language Models for Interactive Radiology Report Drafting).
