Add pipeline tag, paper, project page, and code links to model card

This PR improves the model card for LongE2V by:
- Adding the
image-to-videopipeline tag to the metadata so it can be easily discovered. - Linking the model card to the paper LongE2V: Long-Horizon Event-based Video Reconstruction, Prediction, and Frame Interpolation with Video Diffusion Models.
- Providing direct links to the official Project Page and GitHub Repository.
