Feedback on new Turbo Lora: VERY green everything, super heavy 80s / 90s aesthetic

It makes it extremely difficult to generate photographic outputs that appear as though they occurred anytime within the last 30 - 40 years, is the best way I can put it. And also yeah everything is just extremely green tinted with it I find, which isn't a problem the regular model without the lora usually has given the right negatives.

That was quick. Thank you for giving it a try!

Yeah, I agree, it does seem to prefer green tinting. It also likes to add soft noise to most gens. The latter is clearly the model hacking the "detail" reward. I should be able to clean that up on my next run; I'll tweak the color reward to hopefully deal with the tinting.

Agree with "film grain" - always; green tint seems intermittent. More of a problem is the contrast, which is always a bit too high to my liking. I quite like the "analog" look the grain gives it; I think this is worth keeping, maybe tamed a bit.

I've found part of this is definitely exacerbated by doing the full 20 steps for RL2. The outputs are not nearly as harsh / contrast / green / grainy if you do more like 8 steps which still produces perfectly coherent results mostly (although they're definitely not quite as detailed then). So some kind of balance in that regard would help too probably I guess.

After using Base a bit more, my overall opinion is that Base at its best has like VERY good detail and extremely accurate colors, in a way that doesn't seem to be possible to match with RL2 by any means. And RL2 basically looks extremely different from the majority of good or bad Base gens I get, more its own thing than a refined version. So I'd hope the next version could improve all that.
