Request to reset rejected SAM 3 access application

Hello SAM 3 team,
My access request was rejected. I entered inaccurate information in my original application and would like to correct it. Could you please reset my access request so I can submit accurate information, or let me know the appropriate way to request a review?
I intend to run SAM 3 locally as a dependency of HairDeck for image-to-3D hairstyle generation.
