Request to reconsider SAM 3 access — personal use in LightCraft

Hello Meta team,
My request to access SAM 3 was rejected. Could you please reconsider my application or let me know whether it can be reset for review?
I would like to run SAM 3 locally on my Mac through LightCraft, an open-source photo editor, for object selection and text-prompt-based masking of my personal photos. LightCraft requires users to obtain the official model separately.

I do not intend to redistribute the model. I am willing to comply with the SAM License and provide any additional information needed to review my application.
