Request to reconsider SAM3 access

Hello SAM3 Team,
My access request to facebook/sam3 was rejected. I would like to request a manual review or reset of my application.
I am using SAM3 for a non-commercial academic course project on reproducing the SteerViT paper. The model will only be used locally for research evaluation and benchmarking. I will comply with the SAM3 license and Hugging Face terms, and I will not redistribute the model weights.
