Request for reconsideration of gated model access

Hello,
My access request for this model was rejected, and I would like to request
a reconsideration. I am conducting non-commercial academic research on
image segmentation and mask generation. The model will only be used for
research, benchmarking, and reproducible experiments.
I will comply with the model license and all usage restrictions. Please let
me know if additional information is required.
