Request for Manual Review of SAM 3.1 Access

Hello Meta SAM Team,
My previous request for access to SAM 3.1 was rejected. I would kindly request a manual review or permission to reapply.
I am conducting non-commercial academic research on video understanding and quantitative visual analysis. SAM 3.1 would be used for object segmentation and temporal mask propagation, helping extract reliable object boundaries and motion information from videos.
The model will be used only in a controlled research environment. I will not redistribute the weights, provide public model access, or use it for prohibited applications. I agree to comply fully with Meta’s model license and acceptable use policy.
