Request for Reconsideration of Access to SAM 3.1

Hi SAM team,
My access request to the SAM 3.1 repository was recently rejected. I am a PhD student at the National University of Singapore, and I would like to use SAM 3.1 solely for non-commercial academic research on target-object segmentation and tracking in cluttered robotic grasping scenarios.
Could you please reconsider my request? I would be happy to provide any additional information regarding my research purpose or institutional affiliation.
