semantic segmentation, four-view-consistent part masks, and 3D reconstruction

The model will be used for legitimate research, prototyping, and internal
production workflow evaluation. It will not be used for surveillance,
biometric identification, military applications, or other restricted purposes.
I will comply with the repository license and usage requirements.

SAM 3.1 would run locally to propagate user-prompted semantic-part masks through short synthetic turntable videos and export consistent masks for four original anchor views. The weights will not be redistributed or exposed as a hosted service. The project will not be used for surveillance, biometric identification, military or weapons applications, or other prohibited uses.
My request is currently in the rejected state, so Hugging Face does not allow me to submit a corrected application. Could you please manually review it and either reset it to pending or grant access if appropriate?
