Request to Reconsider Rejected Access for Automotive Wheel Segmentation Research

Hello Meta SAM team,
My access request to facebook/sam3.1 was rejected, possibly because the intended use was not described clearly enough.

Intended use:
I am developing a civilian computer-vision research prototype for automotive wheel visualization. I would like to evaluate SAM 3.1 for segmentation of alloy-wheel product images into front face, spokes, openings, hub and barrel regions.
The model will be used only for local research and dataset preparation. It will not be used for military, surveillance, biometric identification, weapons, or other prohibited applications. Model weights and access credentials will not be redistributed.
Could you please reset my application or reconsider access?
