Request for review of SAM Audio Small access rejection

Hello Meta SAM Audio team,
My request to access facebook/sam-audio-small was rejected. I have a verified Hugging Face account and would like to use the official model locally for personal learning and evaluation on Windows with an RTX 3060 GPU.
Could you please review my access request or let me know what information is needed to qualify? I will comply with the SAM License and model terms.
