Access request rejected – please review or reset

Hi SAM 3D team,
My request for access to facebook/sam-3d-objects was rejected, and I'm not sure why. I'd like to use the model for research in single-image 3D reconstruction.
Could you take another look and let me know if any of my details need correcting? The form can't be edited after it's submitted, so if possible, please reset my request and I'll send it again with the right information.
